Refund & Dispute Policy

All new Klop accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time during or after your trial.

  • Monthly Plan: R139 per month
  • Annual Plan: Coming soon
  • We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions
  • You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are given for unused days
  • If you cancel during the free trial, you owe nothing
  • Your account will revert to limited access at the end of the trial

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log into your account at app.klop.finance
  2. Go to SettingsSubscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge
  2. Include your account email and the date of the disputed charge
  3. Describe the reason for the dispute

We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If we determine an error occurred, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

Pro-rated refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances:

  • Extended service outages (24+ hours)
  • Verified billing errors
  • Technical issues preventing account access for 7+ days

When you delete your account:

  • Your subscription is immediately cancelled
  • No refunds are issued for remaining subscription time
  • Your budget data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
  • After 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted

For billing questions or disputes:

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
